After the deposit is received, we'll send you an invoice for the remaining balance and confirm the delivery date of your beef to the processor.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the delivery date.

How much beef will I receive?
Weights / packages vary according to cuts selected.
A half beef order will yield approximately 200 lbs of frozen beef packages.
A quarter beef order will yield approximately 100 lbs of frozen beef packages.
How much is the processing fee?
The processing fee varies according to cuts selected. Example processing fees
The invoice price does not include processing; the processing fee is paid separately to the processor.
The processor may charge an additional fee for smoked meat, patties, and/or casings.
How do I select the cuts I want?
We will provide your name and number to the processor after the beef is delivered; it is your responsibility to contact the processor to select cuts.
The processor will review your cut selections with you after delivery.
When will I receive my order?
Your order will be ready approximately 2 weeks after the delivery date.
